Horndon Powder Coaters was established in July 2011 as a high quality powder coating company for the shop fitting and office furniture industry and since has expanded to accommodate most powder coating needs.

Our employees have up to 20 years experience in the powder coating and wet spraying industries, which means we have practical knowledge in most techniques and materials.

With a large continuously flowing paint line including an acid etching phosphate stage, dry off oven and 2 separate semi automatic spray booths, we are set up to accommodate both large and small volumes of work, meet critical deadlines and deliver a fast turnaround in both steel and aluminium products, whilst maintaining our high standard of finishes. This online system allows us to complete work to a size of approx. 4m x 0.6m x 1.8m within a 2hr turnaround creating short lead times for most customers.

Any items that don’t fit on our line can be sprayed in the wet back spray booth and cured in the standalone oven. This set up enables us to spray items up to an approximate size of 5m x 2m x 2m.
This plant also gives us the capacity to wet spray plastic, fibreglass and wooden items when required.
